Precision Material Estimates
Burtle Construction Services specializes in the residential material takeoffs area of construction estimating. The data base is built to reflect Western building practices. Whether you need help with overflow or simply want to spend more time selling your product, BCS will increase your bid output.
In addition to our standard takeoffs BCS offers exporting to an Excel template of your choice.
ACCURACY
Using digitizers and assembly based data greatly increases the accuracy of my takeoffs. Our system allows us to review each assembly's quantities and answer questions that may arise. The customized data base can be manipulated to meet any home design. Our lists are organized from the ground up, the way you would build the house and send out the loads. Given detailed plans, we can account for most items. For less detailed plans, we rely on 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Unclear or unspecified items are noted, as are discrepancies that we catch while reviewing the plan. The level of detail is up to you. Please note that when we return plans they will be marked up as we use highlighters, red marker and pencil to increase our accuracy.
TURNAROUND
Typical turnaround time for the completed report is four to seven working days from the receipt of a set of plans. Once we are finished with the takeoff it will be immediately faxed or e-mailed to your office. The plans are then shipped the following day, at no additional charge, by priority mail. Mailing Costs above Priority, for rush service, are added. If requested we can keep the plan copy for future reference.
COST
Our pricing is fair and simple; click on the Pricing List link above.You can quickly receive a report and return it to your impatient customer. Just put the plan in a tube with a card, and any notes you think we might need.
